Free & No CommitmentProposal & Deposit
If you love the mockup and want to move forward, I'll send a detailed project proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. A deposit is required to begin development.
Design & Build
The site is designed, built, and reviewed. You'll have the opportunity to request revisions within the agreed scope.
Final Delivery
Once the final balance is settled, the site is handed over or launched. Everything you need to move forward is provided.

Clear policies so you always know what to expect before, during, and after your project.
Payment Terms
- All project pricing is agreed upon in writing before any work begins.
- A deposit of up to 50% of the project total is required before design or development starts.
- The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered or the site is launched.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of invoicing.
- Work beyond the agreed scope may require a revised quote and additional payment before continuing.
- Invoices not settled within the agreed timeframe may result in a pause or cancellation of the project.
Refund Policy
- If you cancel before any work has begun, your deposit will be refunded in full within 5 business days.
- Once design or development work has started, deposits are non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled mid-way, a partial refund may be issued for work not yet completed, at sole discretion.
- No refunds are issued after final delivery and client acceptance of the completed website.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@madebyjosh.co within 7 days of the triggering event.
- Disputes are handled directly via email before any escalation to a payment processor or third party.
Privacy Policy
- Information you provide (name, email, project details) is used solely for scoping, communication, and billing.
- Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties.
- Project files, content, and assets you share are treated as strictly confidential.
- Payment transactions are processed by a secure third-party processor. Card details are never stored by Made By Josh.
- This website may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand visitor traffic. No personal data is collected through this site.
